These Terms govern access to the SiteCargo website, dashboard, and website-to-app services (the "Service"). "SiteCargo", "we", and "us" refer to the operator identified in the Contact section. "You" means the person or organisation using the Service. By creating an account or ordering services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organisation, you must be authorised to bind it.
1. The Service
SiteCargo helps you turn an existing website into a branded mobile application. Features may include native navigation, app-specific styling and scripts, push notifications, analytics, promotional widgets, build preparation, and assistance with store publication. Available features and services depend on your selected plan and order.
Your website remains the source of its content and functionality. You are responsible for its hosting, availability, security, and compatibility. A preview or generated draft does not mean an application has been published or approved by an app store.
2. Accounts and access
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement to create a SiteCargo account. Provide accurate contact and billing details, protect your login credentials and verification codes, and notify us promptly if access is compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorise under your account.
Share developer-account access through the store's supported roles and permissions where available. Provide only the access and credentials needed to deliver the services you request.
3. Your website, content, and users
You must own or have permission to use the websites, domains, trademarks, images, code, and other materials you submit. You retain your rights in those materials and grant us permission to access, process, reproduce, and deliver them as needed to provide the Service and carry out your instructions.
You are responsible for your application's content, transactions, customer support, privacy notices, store disclosures, and compliance with applicable law. Obtain any permissions required for analytics, notifications, cookies, and processing your users' data. Templates provided by SiteCargo require your review and do not replace legal advice or a data-processing agreement where one is required.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful content, infringement, or unsolicited notifications.
- Do not access websites, accounts, systems, or personal data without permission.
- Do not bypass security, billing, or usage restrictions, or disrupt the Service or another customer's application.
- Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information in analytics events or push messages.
We may restrict abusive activity or remove access to unlawful material. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved; urgent security or legal concerns may require immediate action.
5. App publication and third-party services
Depending on your order, an application may be submitted through your developer accounts or through accounts managed by us. Publishing through your accounts requires the necessary memberships and permissions. Store account fees and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included in your order.
Apple, Google, and other providers control their own review decisions, policies, and availability. We cannot guarantee approval, a review deadline, rankings, downloads, or continued listing. Rejections may require changes to your website, content, or application. Transfers between developer accounts depend on the relevant store's rules and must be agreed separately.
Notifications, analytics, and integrations also depend on device settings, network availability, and third-party providers. Delivery and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
6. Pricing, balances, and payments
Your order, checkout, or invoice specifies the applicable setup fee, recurring charges, currency, taxes, and billing period. Setup work and ongoing service are separate charges. Prices on the landing page are subject to the details confirmed when you order.
If you fund an account balance, credits are applied to eligible service charges. A balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest, and is not transferable unless agreed by us. Existing charges remain payable when you freeze or cancel an application. The dashboard and your order determine when a plan change or freeze takes effect.
Automatic payments apply only when you authorise them through the available payment flow. Turning off automatic payments does not by itself cancel an active application or an outstanding invoice. You can manage available payment settings in billing or contact us for assistance.
Payments may be handled by the provider shown at checkout. When Paddle is identified as the seller, it acts as merchant of record and its Buyer Terms apply to that transaction. SiteCargo remains responsible for providing the Service. Failed or overdue payments may lead to a restriction or suspension of paid services.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop ongoing service using the available application-management controls or by contacting us. Charges already incurred remain due. Cancellation does not automatically remove an app-store listing or cancel separate developer-account memberships.
To request a refund, contact us with your invoice or order reference and the reason for the request. For purchases from Paddle, you can also use Paddle buyer support; Paddle's refund rules and any statutory withdrawal rights apply. For other purchases, refunds are assessed against your order, services delivered, and applicable law. Store rejection alone does not automatically cancel charges for work already performed, subject to your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or refunds required by law.
8. Platform ownership
SiteCargo and its licensors retain rights in the platform, tooling, templates, and software, apart from your materials. Your plan permits use of the provided application and services for your authorised project. It does not transfer ownership of the platform or grant access to its source code unless separately agreed. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
9. Availability and liability
We may maintain, update, or change the Service. Keep independent copies of your website, assets, and important records. Except for commitments expressly agreed in writing and warranties required by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, caused by use of the Service. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any rights and remedies required by applicable law continue to apply.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, unlawful activity, significant security risks, or unpaid charges. You may close your account or stop using the Service. Closing an account may disable associated services; arrange any needed export or store-account transfer before closure. Data handling after closure is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and disputes
We may revise these Terms and will update the date above. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid service will be communicated through the dashboard or your account contact details before they take effect where required by law. Revised terms do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute. Applicable law determines your rights and the courts that have jurisdiction; these Terms do not restrict mandatory consumer protections.
